Fully automatic, universal twist knot machine with integrated hole punching process for the flexible and efficient production of stringer bead, cable and rose bud twist knot types in everything from small production lots up to large series. Since 2006 the upgrade on the ZVA 600 features a 20% increase in performance with a production rate of up to 33 knots/min. (also for rose bud ends) The machine operates from hank, incl. automatic disc inserting from magazine, optional hole punching and can even process 0.15 mm wire. An innovative new twist knot head design ensures minimum wire loss on cable twist knots and perfectly round rose bud knots by holding the wires longer and twisting right up to the wire ends. The range of brushes to be produced range from an 8-hole disk to a max. OD of 600 mm. |
