40 H The FP 40 H is an innovation for the production of brush heads for flat or radiator type paintbrushes from 20 to 100 mm, including glue/resin feeding and automatic stacking in boxes. The machine allows working with natural hair, synthetics, mixed and even tapered filament. A perfect fill distribution is guaranteed by the patented picking systems and special alignment of the bristles. The production capacity of up to 40 pcs./min. is based on manual bundle feeding and can be increased up to 60 pcs./min. with automatic bundle loading. |
