Woodplastic composites consist to 60% - 90% of cellulose based materials in the form of sawdust, wood chips etc. mixed with PVC, PE, PP or other polymeric materials.

Exterior applications include garden furniture, fencing and fence posts, decking and walkways, doors, door frames and components, window frames and other building profiles, pallets, cladding, fascias, soffits and barge boards. Interior applications include floorboards and furniture. Woodplastic is already well known in North America and is becoming increasingly more established on the European market.

Based on over 50 years’ experience in the brush industry Wöhler machines and brushes have been operating successfully in the field of surface treatment as well as structuring and processing of Woodplastic over the last 15 years. Our modular design brushing systems can be used both inline and offline. Depending on the customer's requirements the machine types offer one or more roll brush stations for surface and under surface structuring as well as several wheel brush stations for the treatment of side surfaces or other smaller areas.

Our specially developed brush construction allows the production of diversely structured surfaces with an even more natural effect than has otherwise been possible.
