Managing Director Celebrates 25 th Anniversary at Wöhler!

At the internationally operating Wöhler Group of Companies, based in Bad Wünnenberg in Germany, it has become something of a tradition to celebrate staff anniversaries.

Dipl.-Ing. Rudolf Brenken, longstanding Managing Director of today’s Wöhler Brush Tech GmbH, can now proudly look back on 25 years of service, shortly after having celebrated his 50th birthday.

Directly after completing his degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Paderborn he started his career as design engineer in the local family business on 14 th May 1984.

His visionary way of thinking was soon realised by the company owner Dr. Fritz Wöhler and after just one year in the company Rudolf took over the position of head engineer.

Countless innovations in machinery and production processes, several of which have been patented worldwide, were made possible at this time thanks to his enduring dedication and creativity.

In August 1990 he became Managing Director and partner in the Wöhler company and played a main part together with Dr. Fritz Wöhler in the expansion and success of the company in the past few decades.

Colleagues and business partners alike value Rudolf’s friendly relations and loyal nature as well as his great wealth of knowledge and almost proverbial powers of recollection. Customer proximity is particularly important for Rudolf. He is always there for his customers and has often taken the time for worldwide business travel, to visit customers on-site and to make a personal picture of their requirements. Even as Managing Director, Rudolf is still well-known as a great supporter of rolling up his sleeves and picking up the wrench himself to find a solution when needed.
